These terms and conditions apply to online orders placed via this website and other orders of goods offered on this website.

1. Contract of Purchase

By sending an order to us (the seller) via this website, by e-mail or by fax, you (the customer) agree to enter into a contract of purchase with us. The contract becomes effective when the goods are shipped by us. Your contract partner is:

2. Delivery

The goods are shipped by mail to the address specified by you. You are responsible for submitting the correct address. We may charge you for costs caused by wrong deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address data. Goods are shipped as quickly as possible after receiving the order. Nevertheless, no specific date of delivery can be guaranteed due to the unpredictability of international shipping conditions. We cannot be held liable for late delivery.

3. Prices and Payment

Unless specified otherwise, all prices include German value-added tax. The prices stated in the online order form or its immediate context apply. Shipping costs depend on the method of shipping and on the destination country. If the costs deviate from those specified in the order form or its immediate context, you are informed about them before the goods are shipped, and you have the right to cancel the order.

All goods must be paid prior to shipping or, if expressly agreed, immediately after receipt of the goods. All goods remain our property until they are fully paid.

4. Right to Cancel

You can cancel the contract of purchase within a cancellation period of 14 days, without stating reasons, in written form (e.g. e-mail, letter, fax) or by returning the goods. The cancellation period begins after receipt of this information. In order not to exceed the cancallation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods within the period. The cancellation must be sent to the address specified above.

If you cannot return the goods at all or in worse condition only, you must compensate the lost value, unless the deterioration is limited to a degree similar to that caused by reasonable testing of the goods in a retail store.

You must bear the regular shipping costs for returning the goods if the delivered goods match the ordered goods and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed a value of 40 €, or if the price is higher, but you have not yet paid the price at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, we will pay the regular shipping costs for returning the goods. Duties to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, this period begins at the time you send your cancellation or the goods. For us, it begins when we receive the goods.

7. Miscellaneous

The court of jurisdiction for all legal disputes is Wuppertal, Germany. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is not applicable.

If any of these terms and conditions proves to be invalid or inapplicable, even in part, it is to be replaced by an applicable regulation that matches the commercial purpose of the original regulation as closely as possible. The invalidity or inapplicability of any term or condition does not invalidate or render inapplicable the remaining terms and conditions.
